Being parents is sometimes hectic, and now me and my husband understand it’s ok to ask for professional help. Instead of putting the relationship between you and your children at risk, you might want to try some counseling. Sheila Steinhof an amazing woman, who helped our family to deal with major problems. Than you and God bless!

During my sessions with Sheila I feel like I am speaking with a friend rather than a stranger. After them I feel that i am a new person who is in charge of her life, mind and actions. The Self-Esteem Seminars have been truly amazing for all the attendants, including myself. Thank you kindly and good luck with the new book!

Since the day I was introduced to Sheila it was nothing but positivity and the best motivation one can have, after graduating high school with the mindset that

school isn’t for me Sheila truly helped me see that it doesn’t matter what disability you have as long as you keep pushing you will strive for success (look at me now I’m a junior in college) she helped me get past the negative people even if it meant to fight for my rights she’s truly the best and the best blessing thank you so much Sheila for all your help these words don’t even describe it.

Sheila was referred to me by a close friend who spoke very highly of her as a person and as a professional. Sheila has a gift at being able to administer a test and then actually explain the results in layman’s terms. I was struggling with some processing issues and never was able to fully digest the medical terminology of my diagnosis and how I could adjust to minimize its effect on me both socially and academically. She could highlight the nuances of where I was deficient as well as areas in which I was proficient regarding cognitive skills while fostering positive behaviors to help me overcome my challenges. More importantly Sheila doesn’t make you feel embarrassed for any shortcomings you might have with a learning disability but rather teaches you how to identify the problem better and address it. It’s like “they” say, knowing the problem is half the battle. Our sessions were focused on helping me improve my essay writing skills while a preparing for a local State Bar Examination. I don’t just believe this but I know that it was Sheila’s advice that helped me pass that exam. I promise you will walk away from your sessions with Sheila with more confidence and the knowledge that she is truly an advocate for your best interests. She truly has a heart for those that struggle with learning disabilities and it’s her friendly voice and encouragement that will inspire you to overcome your obstacles. Thanks Sheila for all of your help and support. A therapist in a thousand different ways.
